Stock Up Your Kitchen

The first step towards creating yummy suppers with quick and easy recipes consistency is having your cupboards and freezer fully stocked with the basic essential ingredients.

I posted recently about the shopping list I created for our first supermarket shop after our international move and setting up a new kitchen.  Starting a fresh with empty cupboards is a little overwhelming, and it would certainly be easier to just add a small number of items from the list below to your weekly shop.

Anyway, here is the list, sans the emotional bits!
